i could see street from the double room. the staff was very welcoming and amazing, offered wake up calls and ironing free of charge.

This hotel is great for families. I spent 5 nights here and honestly didn't want to leave. 😊.

Everything you need is within easy walking distance, whether it's shops, restaurants or cultural attractions. the rooms are well, appointed, with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. Breakfast is included and provides a good range of options to suit all tastes. You'll enjoy the stunning views from your room, and the facilities are top, notch, including free Wi, Fi and air conditioning.

There is one issue with the cleanliness of the hotel that detracts from the experience.

We had a pleasant stay in this hotel with helpful staff and good location in the city center. The hotel facilities were clean and nice. The location of the hotel was near to everything, making it easy to walk around the city. the breakfast was tasty with a variety of options.

We also experienced several inconveniences, such as a lack of basic toiletries and only two towel/bedding sets provided for three people. The staff was unable to provide an extra set and the washing machine was not functioning.

The hotel was considerably worn out, and hygiene standards were not properly maintained. The facilities were not clean, and some of the amenities were not functional. Furthermore, the staff was unable to provide necessary items like extra towels and bedding, washing machines, and soaps, shampoos, and drinking water ran out frequently; this could have been due to a lack of proper management.

Reasonable price, friendly staff, great location near city center, walkable distance to main attractions.

Everything was fantastic.
